We're all guilty of not having enough hours in the day. Yet community involvement truly is good for the mind, body and soul. Getting involved, doing something new and meeting new people can be better than any stimulant. It may also lead to a healthy new interest or hobby.
Our community groups are always keen to welcome new faces. Many of them struggle to continue to exist, competing as they do with the pressures of modern life and the lure of downloadable, online and on-demand entertainment. Please support Horsford's community groups into the future, before you, or your children, decide to look for them . . only to find they're long gone.
